Return Policy

At Bella's Envy, our mission is to provide our amazing customers with fabulous service. In the event that a return is necessary... 
  • Items must be postmarked for return within 14 days of a confirmed delivery. 

  • The merchandise must be in new, unworn, unwashed and free of smell conditions. 

  • Items that are sent back with obvious use will not be accepted. 

  • Original shipping is non refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • Items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY! Your store credit will be issued as a gift card and sent via email. Store credit is valid for 30 days from date of issue. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable

  • All sale items
  • All accessories
  • All jewelry

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange any item that is eligible for return. If the items are not in stock we will issue an online store credit. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email: mybellaenvy@gmail.com

 

* Please note- Any returned item that is damaged or used will not receive store credit or exchange. 

Damaged Items

We are not legally responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  Once parcels are posted they become the property of USPS/UPS/International shipping companies. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage, has been tampered/or opened in any way, please make sure this is noted with the postal/parcel representative upon delivery of the item.
